## Workspace and account support

Include the feature or assistant you were using, a short description of the issue and the approximate time it happened. A redacted screenshot or exact error message can help.

## Connecting your assistant

Include the client name and version, the connection route and whether the issue happened during sign-in, reading sources or saving work. Start with the setup guide for the route you chose.

## Privacy and security requests

For a privacy request or security report, include only your account identifier and the request type in the first message. We can coordinate the details through an appropriate support channel.

## What to share

Do not email passwords, access tokens, recovery codes or private Project files. Redact confidential content from screenshots and error messages.
