Can I use my existing business email?
You can connect a supported mailbox through email connections using IMAP and SMTP. Your provider may require an app password or administrator setup. Once connected, conversations appear in Inbox.
Will an agent send email on its own?
You control auto-reply for a connected email channel and can limit which senders receive replies. Start with auto-reply off while you review your agent’s instructions and workflow. Enable automatic replies when you choose.
Can I see and take my files with me?
Yes. Browse saved project files, preview supported formats, and download files. In Settings, Export your data creates a ZIP of saved files from General and your projects, plus your skills.
What does the free trial include?
New accounts receive $20 in welcome credits to try AI work, with no credit card required. This is a credit-based trial, not a timed Business subscription. Business costs $50 per month when you choose to subscribe.
How is my business data handled?
You choose the files and services you connect. AI work sends the relevant context to the configured model provider. Business includes organization data controls; optional restricted processing has separate setup and feature limits. See Pricing and Privacy for the details.
