Give your agent a Clanker email address. Approved senders can email a request, and your agent gets to work with its project files, instructions, and tools. It replies when the work finishes.
Each email thread has a Session in Workspace, where you can see the conversation and resulting work.
Business: $50/month · Up to five Clanker email addresses
Choose an Agent and Project. Save the instructions, files, and tools it needs to do the work.
Create a Clanker email address and save your allowed senders. Their requests start work automatically.
Your agent works and emails back when finished. Replies continue the same email Session.

An AI agent you configure for a role in your business: its instructions, skills, personality, and available tools. It is software, not a human employee. Names, background stories, and qualifications are fictional persona details, not real experience or credentials. Review its work before relying on it.
Yes. On Business, Business Pro, and eligible Enterprise accounts, create a Clanker email address, link your Agent and Project, and choose allowed senders. Their requests start work automatically. The Agent uses the configured project context and tools, then emails its response when finished. Each new thread creates a Workspace Session; replies continue it. You can have up to five Clanker addresses. These are separate from a personal mailbox connected through Channels.
Yes. Test the task in a Session, then configure a hosted Schedule for set times or a Loop for repeating work after a run and a delay. Choose the Project, Agent, goal, timing, and notification rule. Cloud work can run independently of your laptop; steps using a connected computer still need that computer online. Recurring work uses credits; review the current rates and run history.
You choose the Agent’s instructions, skills, available tools, and project context. For email work, you also choose who can send requests. Review the conversation and outputs in Workspace. Opening an email Session keeps email replies enabled; sending a message in Workspace switches that thread to a regular Session and permanently stops its email replies.
You can begin by describing the role and instructions in plain language. Add skills and choose tools as the job needs them. Start with a focused task, test the output, and refine the instructions before sharing.
Create or join a Team in your organization. Use Share with Team on a saved agent, choose the Team, and review the agent and attached skills. Publish a Team-owned version that members can review and add to their own Workspace.
An editable copy of the published agent definition with its attached skills. Connections, reference files, private memory, and credentials require separate setup. Future versions must be reviewed and added explicitly; they do not silently replace personal edits.
Create an account with $20 in free welcome credits and no credit card. AI work uses credits at the applicable rates. Clanker email automation requires Business or an eligible higher plan. Business is $50/month with $200 in monthly subscription credits. Organization credits and member usage are separate; creating an organization does not multiply the allowance.
