A practical Workspace guide
Your business work. Clear choices about its data.
Keep your business files, instructions and finished work together in Clanker Workspace. Choose the tools an Agent can use, review its work and decide what to share. ZDR, data residency and encryption are coming soon. This trust center separates those planned capabilities from the access and sharing choices you can use today.

Start with the controls available today
Choose which Project files, Tools and connected services the task needs. Review your Agent’s setup and Session approval mode. Open the saved result before deciding to share it.
Use the account’s current roles and sharing controls. A private Project or App preview still uses hosted services; it does not establish zero retention or a regional deployment.

Coming soon: ZDR, data residency and encryption
These planned Workspace capabilities are not currently offered by this page. Availability, eligible plans, supported models and feature scope will be published when each capability is ready.
| Planned capability | Status | What its launch documentation will explain |
|---|---|---|
| ZDR | Coming soon | Which model requests qualify, provider retention, and what happens to saved Projects, files, history and logs. |
| Data residency | Coming soon | Available regions and the locations of storage, processing, backups and logs, including service exceptions. |
| Encryption | Coming soon | The supported encryption mode, what data it covers, who manages keys and who can decrypt it. |
Saved work and model retention are different choices
Projects are useful because you can return to their files and results. A future zero-data-retention option for approved model requests must explain separately what remains stored in Workspace.
Before choosing a protected workflow, check the supported models, external assistants, connected services and tools. The future feature list will explain which capabilities remain available in each mode.
Understand every service in the workflow
Clanker-hosted work uses cloud services and model providers. A connected ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini client also has its own account terms and data handling. A Workspace setting cannot change that external service’s policy.
Review the current Privacy Policy and subprocessors for the service you use. Confirm the appropriate agreement and permitted material before a client-data workflow.

Give your team a simple review brief
Name the data you plan to use, who needs access, where the work may run and how long its outputs should remain available. Record any required region, retention period or key-control arrangement.
Use the current published terms for a purchase decision. Coming-soon features are roadmap information; a plan purchase does not activate them.
Common questions.
Is zero data retention available in Workspace?
ZDR is coming soon. Launch documentation will identify qualifying model requests, provider retention and the separate treatment of saved Workspace data.
Can I choose a Workspace data residency region?
Data residency is coming soon. Available regions and the scope of storage, processing, backups and logs will be published at launch.
What encryption feature is planned for Workspace?
Encryption is coming soon. The exact mode, data coverage and key-management arrangements will be documented before availability. This roadmap does not assert end-to-end encryption or customer-managed keys today.
Will Workspace controls also cover my external assistant?
The scope must be checked for each service. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and connected apps have their own processing and retention terms; a Clanker control does not automatically extend to them.
