A starting point for your kind of business
An agency can turn client context into proposals and updates. A service-business owner can prepare a quote, operating review or SOP. Choose one useful output and keep the sources with it.

Give the everyday work somewhere to get done
Running a small business means switching between customers, sales, delivery, and the next operational question. Workspace brings the sources, conversation, and finished work together so the next task starts with useful context.
| Your work | What you can create | Where to start |
|---|---|---|
| Winning and serving clients | Proposals, kickoff briefs, client updates, and handoffs | Bring a client brief, scope, and meeting notes. |
| Marketing the business | Research briefs, content calendars, campaign drafts, and reusable brand instructions | Bring your audience, offers, brand examples, and campaign goal. |
| Keeping operations moving | Review packs, supplier comparisons, process documents, and task handoffs | Bring dated exports, requirements, and operating notes. |
| Making a useful work tool | A private tracker, calculator, or dashboard | Bring a spreadsheet and the rules the tool should follow. |

Keep the context with the work
Create a Project for a client, campaign, or business process. Add the relevant files and a few instructions about your audience, terminology, and preferred format. Ask for a report, workbook, presentation, or App you can open and use.
The next conversation can build on the sources and saved work in that Project. Add the latest files, ask for a revision, and keep the approved version ready for the next person who needs it.
Create specialists for the jobs you repeat
Make a proposal Agent that follows your service structure, a reporting Agent that uses your preferred update format, or a marketing Agent that works from your brand examples. Give each a clear role, useful knowledge, Skills, and the Tools it needs.
Try the Agent on a task you know, shape the result, and reuse the method for the next job. Keep each client’s current facts in its Project while the Agent carries the reusable way of working.

Finish with something your business can use
Move from a conversation to a saved Word document, spreadsheet, slide deck, HTML page, or private App. Open the result in Workspace, ask for a change, and download or share the version you choose.
For handoffs, keep the task and deliverable together in Planner. For internal tools, start with a private App preview and try it with your own example inputs before sharing access.

Build a routine around the useful work
When a report, research check, or operating brief becomes a regular job, configure a Schedule or Loop around it. Define its sources, timing, and notification preference, then review the saved results in Workspace.
Eligible accounts can also give an Agent or Project a Clanker email address, so allowed senders can start a task by email. Availability and usage depend on the selected features and account.
