Clanker Cloud for Teams

Give every team an AI secretary you control.

Clanker Secretary completes work across approved browsers, desktop apps, files, and internal systems. When the workflow becomes repeatable, Clanker Cloud turns it into monitored automation with human approvals and the deployment boundary your organization requires.

Bounded, useful automation

Automate work that crosses apps, files, portals, and internal systems.

Each workflow starts with a defined input, names the systems it can use, pauses at the right approval point, and returns an output the team can review.

One operating layer. Two ways to start.

Choose the work. Keep the controls shared.

Workspace is the governed control surface where Secretary and DevOps share identity, approvals, execution history, monitoring, memory, and data controls.

From one completed task to a managed workflow

Flexible when the work is new. Governed when it repeats.

Start with the task as a person performs it today. Keep judgment and exceptions with the operator, then promote only the stable path into monitored automation.

01 · Run

Complete the task with the operator

Clanker Secretary works in the same apps and systems the team already uses, with the operator able to inspect the work as it happens.

02 · Guard

Define the safe operating boundary

Set approved applications, credential paths, human approval points, expected outputs, and clear exception routes.

03 · Promote

Version the reliable steps

Turn the repeatable path into a managed workflow with explicit inputs, ownership, monitoring, and rollback.

04 · Operate

Automate the normal path

Run on demand, on a schedule, or from an event. Successful runs complete; exceptions return to the responsible person.

Enterprise controls

Governance, data sovereignty, and zero data retention.

Bring us the workflow and the boundary it must respect. We will map the operating controls, protected deployment, and retention path with your team before sensitive workloads move into production.

01Governance

Controls that match how your team operates

Define approved identities, apps, providers, workflow owners, approval gates, and audit evidence. Protected use begins only after the required agreements and controls are accepted.

Configured per workflow
02Data sovereignty

A contracted boundary for protected work

Set the approved region, providers, tenant boundary, and operator access in a signed deployment scope. Sovereign environments are separately delivered, verified, and activated in writing.

Separately contracted
03Zero data retention

ZDR for eligible enterprise data paths

Configure eligible paths so customer content is not retained. Security and audit metadata, diagnostics, backups, and deletion handling are scoped separately so the complete boundary stays explicit.

Not enabled by default

Governance controls support your compliance program; they are not themselves a certification. Sovereignty and ZDR apply only to the environment and data paths identified in signed terms and activated in writing.

Agents working together

Agents specialize. Clanker Cloud keeps the handoff visible.

Secretary, DevOps, and your own agents can each handle the part of a workflow they are best at. Shared state keeps the evidence, outputs, and next action together while people retain ownership of approval points.

01 · Clanker Secretary

Works across the computer

Handles the browser, desktop apps, files, portals, spreadsheets, email, and internal systems in the workflow.

02 · Clanker DevOps

Works across infrastructure

Gathers cloud, Kubernetes, repository, deployment, cost, security, and observability context for reviewed operations work.

03 · Your agents

Research, code, and verify

Connect through local MCP or hosted sandboxes to add specialized research, code execution, analysis, and verification steps.

Start with one workflow

Bring the workflow and the boundary.

Bring us a recurring workflow, the systems it touches, the actions that require approval, and your data requirements. We will define the automation path, controls, success criteria, and rollout together.

01

Workflow assessment

Map the task, systems, frequency, volume, decision points, and normal exceptions.

02

Controlled pilot

Run the workflow with scoped access, explicit approvals, measurable outputs, and a named owner.

03

Production rollout

Promote the reliable path, monitor every run, route exceptions, and expand only when the evidence supports it.

Prepare for the first conversation

Six questions define a useful pilot.

No abstract transformation program. One real workflow, one responsible owner, and an explicit boundary.

  1. 01What work do you want automated?
  2. 02Which applications or systems are involved?
  3. 03How often is it performed?
  4. 04Which actions require human approval?
  5. 05Does it involve sensitive or regulated data?
  6. 06Where must execution and data remain?
