A practical Workspace guide

Choose the AI workspace that fits your next useful job.

The best AI workspace for your small business is the one that produces useful work from your actual inputs and fits your team’s tools, budget and data requirements. Clanker Cloud is a fit when you want Project context, saved documents and spreadsheets, private Apps and reusable Agents in one cloud environment. You can start in Workspace or bring a supported assistant.

Start with $20 in included credits. See usage and plans.

Choose by the work you need to finish

Write down the result before comparing features: a proposal, research brief, operating workbook, campaign plan or private tracker. Include the source files and the person who will use it.

Choose by the work you need to finish
Your needWhat to evaluate
A quick answer or draftWhether your existing assistant can already handle the task and its context.
Files and work that continue across tasksA Project that keeps sources, instructions and saved deliverables available.
A repeatable business roleAgent instructions, knowledge, selected tools and a way to refine the method.
Work on a recurring timetableA separately configured hosted Schedule or Loop, fresh inputs and usage controls.
A business system transactionThe exact supported integration, authorization and review process for the action.

Keep the assistant your team already prefers

Use an available model directly in Clanker Workspace, or connect a supported ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini route. The useful question is where the task’s sources, tools and finished files should live.

Connections depend on the client, plan, permissions and account policy. Gemini web custom apps have additional eligibility conditions; the Gemini guide explains native Workspace and CLI options too.

Price a workflow, then a month of work

Check current model and compute rates, included credits and any external assistant subscription. An external client’s own model usage stays with that provider; Clanker-hosted work and cloud environments use Clanker credits.

For a trial, record the actual usage shown for the task, the output produced and the human review it needed. Model choice, input size, retries and runtime duration can change the cost. Multiply observed usage by the expected work volume before choosing a plan.

Check the business requirements before the pilot

Use material you are permitted to supply and review access and sharing. If retention, region or encryption arrangements are purchase requirements, check the current published scope.

ZDR, data residency and encryption are coming soon. Evaluate today’s service on its current terms and revisit the relevant mode when its launch documentation is available.

Start with one result and a reusable method

Try a source packet you understand, open the saved output and ask for a useful revision. If the method helps, give it a narrow Agent role and reuse it with fresh facts.

The three business workflow starters cover customer research, an operating review and a service proposal. Each includes fictional inputs and an authored example so you can see what to ask for.

Common questions.

What is the best AI workspace for a startup or small business?

Choose by the business job, saved output, reuse, connections, cost and data requirements. Clanker Cloud fits teams that want cloud Project context, deliverables and reusable Agents; test a representative task before expanding.

Does a small-business owner need to code?

Start with ordinary Project, Session, document and Agent workflows in the browser. Custom integrations, application logic and connected-computer work can require extra setup.

Should I replace ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?

You can keep a supported assistant and connect it to Clanker Workspace, or work directly in Clanker. Compare the supported connection and task tools before choosing the route.
