A practical Workspace guide

An AI workspace for startups and founders.

Clanker Cloud is an AI workspace and agent factory for startups. Keep customer research, launch plans, company updates, and saved deliverables in Projects. Use an Agent to prepare a sourced brief, document, spreadsheet, or private internal App; review the result, then reuse the method in a custom Agent. Connect a compatible external assistant when you want to keep your existing client.

Turn customer questions into a launch move

Bring your interview notes and approved launch brief into a Project. Prepare a source-based research summary, choose the next experiment, and save a launch-plan draft your team can shape.

Start with the work that takes time every week

Choose a job whose inputs you understand and whose result you can check. These workflows use the files you supply; direct access to a live source system needs a supported connection and authorization.

Keep current company facts in the Project

Create a Project for a product, operating process, or reporting cycle. Add the current source packet and state its period. Put stable audience and evidence rules in Project instructions. Ask for a named saved output so another teammate can inspect the actual result.

Keep a draft separate from an approved plan. When a decision changes, add a dated correction and ask the Agent to revise dependent tables, summaries, slides, and task notes. A confident Session response does not replace checking the saved file.

Turn a checked workflow into a reusable Agent

Create a customer-research Agent, launch-review Agent, or company-update Agent with instructions, stable reference knowledge, Skills, and selected Tools. Keep each reporting period’s facts in its Project. A shared method should not silently carry one client’s or company’s private facts into another task.

Test a normal case, an absent input, and a correction before expanding access or sharing an Agent copy. Configuring the Agent does not start work, train a foundation model, connect accounts, or create a recurring run.

Use the saved work in the next step

Open the document, spreadsheet, or presentation and check it against the inputs. Attach the reviewed version and open questions to a Planner task when someone else needs to pick it up. Planner assignment does not launch execution.

After the manual workflow works, configure a Schedule or Loop if it should repeat. Define fresh-input rules, review ownership, and a spending limit. Stop unused computer environments and recurring work.

Keep Workspace and application hosting decisions clear

Use Workspace for the people and Agents doing research, documents, operating work, and internal tools. If your startup needs production application hosting or infrastructure operations, evaluate the relevant PaaS or Clanker DevOps path for that workload.

A saved Project, private App preview, external assistant connection, and production hosting environment have different access and execution rules. Choose the surface needed for the task and check current pricing and data handling.

Open Workspace

Copy into a Workspace Session. Opening Workspace does not send it automatically.

Before you use the result.

  • The result uses the intended sources and period.
  • Reported numbers reconcile and missing values remain visible.
  • A later correction reaches every dependent output.
  • A reviewer can open the saved result and understand the next step.

Common questions.

Do founders need to code to use Workspace?

Ordinary Project, Session, file, and custom Agent workflows start in the browser. Additional integrations, custom application logic, or computer work may need setup and the appropriate tools.

Can an Agent help write investor updates?

Yes. Supply the approved metrics, definitions, and operating notes, then request a saved draft with source references. Review the figures, period, commitments, and missing facts before deciding to share it.
