A practical Workspace guide

An AI workspace for operators who keep work moving.

Clanker Cloud gives business operators a place to keep source files, operating instructions, saved deliverables, and reusable Agents. Prepare a management review, reconcile an export, document a process, compare suppliers, or turn a spreadsheet into a private App. Use Planner for durable tasks and reviewed handoffs; configure recurring execution separately after the workflow is tested.

Make the next operating review easier to prepare

Bring a dated operating export and the reporting definitions. Ask for a useful workbook and management brief, save the reviewed files, then keep the repeatable method in an operations Agent.

Choose the process and the deliverable

Begin with one review cycle or operating decision. Define which source owns the approved record, then use Workspace to prepare the analysis and handoff.

Choose the process and the deliverable
Operating processInputsSaved result
Weekly operating reviewDated metrics, definitions, and progress notesA reconciled workbook, concise brief, and open decisions.
Supplier reviewRequirements and current proposalsAn evidence table, comparable terms, and unanswered questions.

Cross-team handoffApproved scope, current output, dependencies, and ownersA Planner task with reviewed file versions and a next action.

Keep exports, definitions, and decisions together

Use a Project for the operating process. Add the current export and its reporting period rather than treating a previous copy as live data. State units, inclusion rules, and how missing values should be handled. Keep proposals and approved decisions distinguishable.

Ask the Agent to inspect the source structure before calculating. Check a small known case yourself and compare the saved analysis with the original rows. An unfamiliar column or absent value should produce a question or a visible limitation.

Make the handoff durable

Use Planner to keep the task, due date, optional Agent assignment, progress notes, and deliverables together. Attach an exact saved file version so the next person knows what was reviewed. Completion should follow the definition-of-done check.

Assigning an Agent does not start it. A task note does not create a business-system change. Run the work in an authorized Session, and treat connecting a service, sending a message, changing source records, and sharing files as separate actions.

Reuse the method while refreshing the facts

After checking the output, turn the useful process into Agent instructions or a Skill. Select only the Tools needed for the role. Test the role against a missing input and a dated correction before relying on it for the next review cycle.

For recurring work, configure a Loop or Schedule with explicit fresh inputs, failure handling, review ownership, and budget. A saved Agent or Project alone does not schedule execution. Review actual saved results and ongoing usage.

Try a review packet with checkable answers

The operations review starter has five fictional daily records, an approved brief, and a later correction. It lets you assess a workbook, management brief, optional slides, and Planner handoff against authored expectations.

Run the packet yourself and record the files, versions, checks, and manual repairs you actually observe. The authored reference is not a customer result or proof that a particular Agent has passed.

Open Workspace

Copy into a Workspace Session. Opening Workspace does not send it automatically.

Before you use the result.

  • The reporting period, source owner, and definitions are stated.
  • The saved output agrees with the source rows and approvals.
  • The handoff identifies the reviewed version and next action.
  • Recurring work has a separate configuration and review process.

Common questions.

Can I manage AI task handoffs in Workspace?

Yes. Planner keeps durable tasks, notes, and deliverables across Sessions. Attach the reviewed saved version and explain what remains. Agent assignment records the intended role but does not launch work.

Can the operating review run automatically?

Use a tested workflow as the basis for a separately configured Loop or Schedule. Check fresh-input access, enabled actions, review criteria, and credit usage before relying on recurring execution.
