A practical Workspace guide
Make the numbers, processes, and next steps easier to work with.
Use Clanker Cloud Workspace to turn your small business’s source files into a clearer operating picture. Prepare reporting workbooks, compare suppliers, document processes, and build private tools from spreadsheets. Keep the result with its sources and use Planner or a recurring workflow to connect it to the next job.

Turn an export into a useful business review
Add a dated sales, delivery, or operating export and explain what the fields mean. Ask for totals, trends, and a short management brief for the period. Save a workbook alongside the narrative so you can follow the calculations.
Use current company definitions for metrics and keep missing information visible. An export is a snapshot; a supported business-system connection is the route for live access.

Compare suppliers on the same basis
Bring the requirements and current proposals into a Project. Ask for a comparison of scope, pricing, delivery, and open terms, with references to each source. Keep the questions ready for the next supplier conversation.
Save the table and a short decision brief. Your team can check the evidence and decide what to pursue.

Write down the way the business works
Turn operating notes and a worked example into an SOP with roles, steps, decisions, and exceptions. Keep the document with the source context so the team can update it as the process changes.
Give a custom Agent the reusable method when you want help producing the next version or applying the process to a new task.
Make a private tool from a useful spreadsheet
Use Apps when someone needs to filter a list, explore a small dataset, or repeat a calculation. Supply the rules and example inputs, then try the private preview with a known case before sharing access.
For the next action, attach the reviewed result to a Planner task. Set up a Schedule or Loop when the work should repeat, with its own sources, timing, and usage budget.
