A practical Workspace guide

Keep client work moving, from the first brief to the next update.

Use Clanker Cloud to bring a client’s brief, scope, notes, and saved deliverables into one Project. Prepare a proposal, turn the agreed work into a kickoff plan, and create clear progress updates as delivery continues. Reuse a custom Agent for your service format while each client Project keeps its own current facts.

Turn the brief into a proposal people can follow

Add the prospect’s requirements and your service information. Ask an Agent to organize the goals, proposed approach, deliverables, assumptions, and questions. Use an existing proposal as a style reference when you want a familiar structure.

Save the draft as a document you can review. Confirm prices, scope, dates, and commitments before deciding how to send it. Workspace can prepare the draft from your files; live sales-system access depends on a configured connection.

Carry the agreed work into delivery

When the proposal becomes approved scope, keep that version in the client Project. Ask for a kickoff brief with the goals, deliverables, dependencies, and next questions. Give the delivery team the sources behind the plan.

Use Planner to keep the next task and its deliverable together. Add a note when an approval or dependency changes so the next handoff starts with current information.

Make progress easy to explain

Bring the latest notes and milestones into the Project. Ask for a concise client update with progress, blockers, decisions, and next steps. Keep the report in the same place as the source material and the previous update.

Prepare a Word document for an editable report or a short presentation for a review meeting. Ask for a revision when the client’s needs or approved plan changes.

Give your service a reusable way of working

Create a client-reporting or proposal Agent with your structure, terminology, examples, and review rules. Select the Tools needed for its role and use the client Project for current scope and facts.

Keep useful instructions as the method develops. The same Agent can help on another Project without turning one client’s private details into general reference knowledge.

Before you use the result.

  • The draft reflects the current scope and client context.
  • Commercial details and commitments have an owner’s review.
  • The next person can find the sources and approved deliverable.
