A practical Workspace guide
AI transformation starts with useful work.
AI transformation means changing how work gets done with AI, from the source information to the result your team uses. Clanker Cloud supports that change by bringing data, reusable Agents, team conversations and saved outputs into one Workspace. Start with one useful task, check the work, then reuse or automate the method.

Move from isolated answers to a working process
A client update might begin in meeting notes, require a milestone check and finish as a reviewed report. Give those steps a shared home: Project sources, Agent instructions, a Session for the task and files the team can open.
| Part of the job | In Clanker Cloud | What your team gets |
|---|---|---|
| Bring the context | Project files and supported connections | The source material beside the work |
| Apply the method | A custom Agent or a supported external assistant | Instructions you can refine and reuse |
| Review the result | Saved files, Preview and task activity | An output to inspect and correct |
| Keep it moving | Group chats, handoffs, Loops or Schedules | A next step with ownership and explicit setup |

Choose one job with a visible finish
Start with a report, supplier comparison, inquiry tracker or research brief. Name the source, audience, expected file and reviewer. “Prepare a one-page Friday update from these notes” is a task you can check.
Review missing facts, calculations and the saved file itself. Record corrections and the time spent checking. A confident reply in chat is not the same as a usable deliverable.
Make your team’s method reusable
Use Agent Factory to give a specialist the job, instructions, reference knowledge and tools it needs. Keep an accepted example and a review checklist with the Project. Improve the instructions when a task exposes a recurring mistake.
Your team can work directly in Workspace or connect compatible Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Muse Code, OpenClaw or Hermes clients. Shared saved work helps a later agent continue without reconstructing the earlier private chat.

Automate the routine after the result works
Configure a Loop for work that repeats after a run and delay, or a Schedule for a fixed time. For email, connect the supported account, set the routing and reply mode, and begin with reviewable drafts.
Give recurring work an owner who checks results, failures and usage. Define when the worker must ask for help and how to stop it. Creating an Agent or connecting data alone does not schedule execution.

Expand based on observed work
Compare the workflow with the way your team handles it today: input preparation, review effort, corrections, completion time and actual usage. Extend the method to another task when the saved output meets your criteria.
Choose Business or Business Pro against your current needs and pricing. Discuss enterprise and sovereign environment requirements with the team before moving sensitive workloads. A private Workspace does not by itself establish dedicated hosting, residency or a compliance certification.

Common questions.
Do we need to transform the whole business at once?
No. Choose one task with known inputs, an owner and an output you can review. Use the result and actual effort to decide what to improve or expand.
Do we have to replace our existing AI tools?
No. You can use Agents directly in Workspace or connect supported external clients. Keep each client’s account, permissions and provider policies in view.
Does adopting Clanker guarantee savings?
No fixed savings or ROI is established by these examples. Measure source preparation, review, corrections and actual tool or runtime costs on your own workflow.
