A practical Workspace guide

Build an RFP response from approved evidence.

Put the request for proposal, approved service information, and response rules in a Clanker Project. Ask for a requirement matrix and evidence-backed draft. Review each commitment and unresolved requirement before the proposal owner submits the response.

Start with $20 in included credits. See usage and plans.

Build a dated evidence packet

Keep the request and its amendments together. Add approved descriptions of your service and distinguish current evidence from old proposals. A previous sales answer is not proof that the same capability or commercial term still applies.

Give each requirement an identifier. Include the required format, word limit, and evidence location where available. Keep the question wording intact so a reviewer can trace a draft answer back to the request.

Make unanswered requirements visible

For a fictional request, imagine that hosted reports are supported, a weekend response commitment is absent, and an on-site workshop needs separate scoping. The matrix should preserve those differences.

Draft from the matrix

Ask for concise responses with source file and section references. Keep proposed language separate from approved commitments. If two sources disagree, record the conflict and the person who should resolve it.

Use a separate Session for a coverage review: which questions have no answer, which answers exceed a limit, and which promises lack evidence? The review is a preparation step; it does not certify accuracy or compliance.

Check the submission pack

Open the saved matrix and response file. Review service claims, named examples, dates, pricing references, and any promised delivery or support terms. Keep unsupported answers marked as unresolved.

Download the intended submission file and check its structure. The Agent can help prepare the material; submitting a bid, accepting terms, and making commitments stay with the authorized proposal owner.

Try it with a small example.

Open Workspace

Copy into a Workspace Session. Opening Workspace does not send it automatically.

Before you use the result.

  • Every material claim has an approved source.
  • All requirements appear in the matrix.
  • Unconfirmed commitments remain unresolved.

Common questions.

Can the Agent certify that our RFP response is compliant?

No. Use it to organize requirements and prepare a draft. The proposal owner must validate the evidence, commitments, and submission rules with the appropriate reviewers.

Can I reuse answers from an older proposal?

Use older answers as drafting material only after checking that their facts and terms remain approved. Keep their source date visible and flag differences from the current request.

What should happen when no evidence supports an answer?

Mark it as missing or requiring confirmation. Ask for a named reviewer and a specific clarification question instead of a plausible completion.
