Clanker Workspace

Keep the work. Choose the assistant.

Clanker Cloud gives your business a durable home for work across supported AI assistants. Keep source files, instructions and reviewed deliverables in a Project, then use a supported ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other client to continue the task through authorized Workspace tools. Your team can return to the saved work in Clanker and choose the assistant that fits the next step.

Start with $20 in included credits. See usage and plans.

Choose the home for the work, then the client for the task

A client conversation is useful while you work. A Project gives the business a place to keep the source packet, current output and decisions needed afterward. Evaluate Clanker when that continuing record matters to the next person or assistant.

One company update. A clear next task.

Consider an authored fictional handoff using Cedar Loop’s August and September metrics. The packet includes a reporting brief in the company notes, an editable investor-update illustration and a metrics summary. A founder can ask an authorized assistant to prepare an update, review the saved version, then ask another authorized assistant to check it against the same sources.

The next task has a concrete test: September recognized revenue is €24,000, including €6,000 of one-time revenue. The proposed November release still needs an agreed owner and date. Keep those facts and open decisions with the saved file. These downloads are authored illustrations; this scenario is not a recorded cross-client run or customer outcome.

Leave the next task ready to pick up

Keep the selected source files, latest reviewed deliverable and a short handoff in the Project. State what is approved, what changed and which question the next task should answer. Ask the next authorized assistant to inspect that material before revising it.

The continuity comes from saved work and explicit instructions. Each client keeps its own conversation and account controls. Private chat histories and credentials are not transferred between assistants, and the available tools can differ.

Choose your supported connection

Setup documented · client testing pending. The client guides and role kits cover ChatGPT and Codex, Claude, Gemini web and mobile, Gemini CLI, OpenClaw and Hermes. Check the route available to your client, account and organization, then use the connection checker before a business task.

Gemini web custom apps have their own account, region and activity requirements; Gemini CLI and selecting an available Gemini model inside Clanker are separate routes. Setup checks are useful evidence, while authenticated client acceptance remains pending.

Try a handoff you can judge

Start with one permitted source packet and one named output. Review the saved file in Clanker. For the next step, select an authorized assistant, point it to the Project and ask for one bounded correction or check. Compare the resulting file with your instructions.

You can start directly in Clanker before adding an external client. Choose a research, operations or client-delivery role when you want to give the method a reusable shape.

Plan for the whole workflow

New accounts start with $20 in included credits. Clanker-hosted AI work and active cloud environments use Clanker credits; your external assistant’s subscription and model usage remain with that provider. Check the current rates for the steps you intend to run.

Review access and sharing for the business files and each connection. Choosing a Project is working context and does not limit the connection to that Project; review the permissions you authorize. ZDR, data residency and encryption are coming soon. An external provider’s data policies still apply to work through that provider.

Common questions.

What is a shared workspace for AI assistants?

It is a persistent place for the files, instructions, deliverables and decisions that supported assistants can work with through authorized tools. Clanker Projects keep that work available in Workspace while each connected client retains its own conversation and access setup.

Why use Clanker if my team already uses ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?

Consider Clanker when you want business sources and saved results to remain useful beyond one client conversation. Work directly in Clanker or connect a supported client, keep the reviewed deliverable in the Project and use it as the starting point for another task.

Does switching assistants import my private chats?

No. Continue from the sources, reviewed files and handoff you choose to keep in Clanker. Private conversations in another client are not automatically copied or merged. Each assistant connection needs its own approved access; do not transfer credentials between clients.

Will every assistant have the same Workspace tools?

No. Tools and connection options depend on the client, route, account and permissions. Check the current guide and connection setup for the specific task. Client setup is documented, while authenticated client acceptance remains pending.

Can a colleague continue from a reviewed result?

Use the available Workspace sharing and organization controls to give the intended colleague access. Keep the reviewed file version, relevant sources and next action clear. Access through their assistant still depends on their own account authorization.

Does connecting an assistant make it work in the background?

A connection lets that client use authorized Workspace tools. Configure a Clanker Schedule or Loop separately for recurring work, with current inputs, timing, review ownership and usage controls. Saving a Project or connecting a client does not schedule future runs.

Do Clanker’s planned privacy controls cover every assistant?

ZDR, data residency and encryption are coming soon. Check the current terms for Clanker and each external assistant or connected service. A Workspace setting cannot change another provider’s processing or retention policies.
