Clanker Workspace

Turn the weekly export into the next operating decision.

Clanker Cloud gives startup operators and business teams one workspace for the operating cycle: current exports, capacity analysis, a management review and a clear next owner. Keep the evidence and saved deliverables in a Project, reuse your checked method through an Agent, and configure recurring work when the process is ready.

Start with $20 in included credits. See usage and plans.

Built for the people running the business

Bring the work behind the weekly review: service volumes, delivery capacity, requests, exceptions and decisions. Clanker connects the analysis to an editable result and a handoff your team can revisit.

Move from source export to reviewed action

Start with the reporting period and a dated export. Add metric definitions, current commitments and the operating notes in a Project. An uploaded export is a snapshot; choose how it will be refreshed before using the same process again.

Ask the Agent to inspect the inputs, calculate the relevant totals and show capacity gaps by role. Save a workbook and a concise management brief together, with the source references, open questions and decisions the review owner needs.

Review the figures and attach the exact saved deliverable version to a Planner task. Name the owner, next action and definition of done. Agent assignment records the intended role; it does not start execution or make a business-system change.

Inspect a capacity plan with answers you can check

The fictional weekly packet has 4 delivery hours, 4 design hours and 8 operations hours remaining after unavailable time and existing commitments. The total is 16 hours, but those roles are not interchangeable. Request W01 needs 10 design hours, leaving a 6-hour gap; W02 needs 6 delivery hours, leaving a 2-hour gap; W03 uses 4 operations hours and leaves 4.

Open the editable workbook, source rows and planning brief. They show the role-level calculations and options for the owner to consider before scheduling work. This authored fictional example establishes the sample structure and checkable arithmetic, not an executed Agent run or customer outcome.

Give the review a result people can inspect

Prepare a workbook for the calculations and a short brief for the decisions. Add slides when a review meeting needs them. Keep assumptions and unresolved facts beside the result, then supply a correction and inspect every affected saved file.

The separate Northstar Service Desk starter provides five fictional daily records, a brief and a dated correction. Use it to try a review pack and Planner handoff against authored expectations, then record the files, checks and repairs you actually observe. Its starter is a trial packet, not a recorded result.

Make the next review a repeatable process

Adapt the Operations Analyst role kit to your metric definitions, calculation method, output format and review checklist. Test it with a known case, a missing value and a later correction. Keep the reusable method in the Agent and supply fresh operating facts for each cycle.

When the process works, explicitly configure a Loop or Schedule with the input-refresh route, timing, permitted actions, failure handling and review owner. Monitor its saved results and actual usage. A Project, Planner assignment or saved Agent alone does not arrange future runs.

Keep the operating workspace connected to the right records

Use Workspace directly or choose a supported external assistant connection. Project files and selected tools give the task its working context; client availability, account policy and permissions determine the route.

Keep the approved system of record explicit. Start from permitted exports, and verify the specific connection before reading or changing live business data. This workspace supports business operating reviews and handoffs; production infrastructure monitoring and remediation belong to a separate infrastructure workflow.

Start with one review cycle

Choose a small packet with answers your operator can check. Compare the saved result, corrections, handoff and observed usage before expanding the process. New accounts start with $20 in included credits; hosted AI work and active cloud environments use credits at current rates. Include any external assistant subscription and recurring runtime in the budget.

Use permitted sources and today’s published access, sharing and processing terms. ZDR, data residency and encryption are coming soon. A successful review packet does not establish those planned controls.

Common questions.

What is an AI operations workspace for a business team?

It is a place to turn dated business inputs into analysis, reviewable deliverables and an owned next step. Clanker brings Projects, spreadsheet and document work, Planner and reusable Agents together for reviews, capacity planning, process documentation and operating handoffs.

Is this the same as infrastructure AIOps?

No. This page covers business operations: operating exports, service reviews, capacity and team handoffs. Infrastructure AIOps concerns systems such as production monitoring, incidents and remediation. Evaluate Clanker DevOps separately for infrastructure work.

Does it connect to our live operating systems automatically?

No. Begin with permitted dated exports or verify a specifically supported connection. Define the approved record, required permissions and refresh process. A saved analysis or Planner task does not update another business system.

Can an Agent help with team capacity planning?

Supply available hours, unavailable time, current commitments and incoming requests with their roles and estimates. Ask for role-level remaining capacity, request gaps and options for the owner. Review the arithmetic and commitments before scheduling work; spare hours in one role do not automatically cover another role.

Does assigning an operations Agent in Planner start the work?

No. Planner assignment records the intended Agent. Starting an authorized Session or configuring recurring execution is separate. Attach the reviewed deliverable version and describe the remaining decisions before marking a task complete.

Can the weekly review run on a schedule?

Configure a Loop or Schedule after testing the manual workflow. Specify fresh-input access, permitted actions, timing, failure handling and who reviews the saved result. Review actual usage and output quality; connecting an assistant or saving a Project does not schedule the job.

How should an operations team compare cost?

Run one representative review and record hosted model and compute usage, corrections and review effort. Include recurring runtime and any external assistant subscription. Check current rates and allowances; the authored examples do not establish a typical cost or time saving.

Can we use ZDR, data residency and encryption for operating data?

ZDR, data residency and encryption are coming soon. Choose today’s service according to its current terms and the material you are permitted to supply. External assistants and connected systems have their own data policies.
