A practical Workspace guide

A practical AI transformation for your business.

A small business can start AI transformation with one task it already repeats. In Clanker Cloud, put the relevant data in a Project, give an Agent a clear job and review its saved result. Reuse the method for the next client, week or inquiry before adding automation.

Start with $20 in included credits. See usage and plans.

Give one workflow a home

For client updates, create a Project with the approved brief, this week’s notes and the reporting format. Ask for one page with progress, blockers and next steps. Keep missing facts as questions.

Use an existing Agent first, then create a specialist once the method is clear. Give it the reporting rules and the tools needed for that task. A simple first job is enough to discover where your instructions or source material need work.

Keep the team close to the result

Use a Workspace group chat for decisions and follow-up with people and Workspace agents. Save the reviewed output with its sources so a teammate can see what changed.

If you prefer an external assistant, use its supported connection. A second authorized agent can read the saved report and handoff to draft a different deliverable. It should check the current files rather than assume access to the first conversation.

Turn incoming email into organized work

Connect email through the supported Workspace route and choose the rules and reply mode. Start with classifying inquiries, noting missing details and preparing drafts against approved service information.

Sending replies is an external action: give that workflow explicit approval and test who it replies to, which messages it should skip and when it must ask you. Adding a mailbox does not establish that every Agent can send from it.

Choose the next step from the result

Compare several representative tasks, including one with missing information. Record whether the file was usable, how much checking and correction it needed and its actual usage. Keep the current manual process available when a run fails.

When the method is reliable for your needs, configure a Loop or Schedule and check ongoing usage. Review current Business and Business Pro plans as your requirements grow; ask about enterprise options when data location or deployment needs require a separate environment.

Common questions.

Do I need to write code to start?

You can start in the browser with Project files, a Session and an existing or custom Agent. Some integrations, custom tools and specialized data tasks can need additional setup.

Can an Agent reply to customer email?

Supported email workflows can route messages and prepare or send replies according to the account connection, rules, reply mode and authorization. Begin with drafts and test the workflow before enabling automatic replies.

Which business plan should I choose?

Match current pricing, allowances, organization needs and actual usage to the workflow. Agent or seat counts alone do not establish task costs. Business, Business Pro and enterprise arrangements have different purposes.
